There we have different soaks and scrubs to suit your need, I added a recipe below if you want to try by yourself.
General directions for foot spa
Time needed: 45 minutes
- Foot Soak
First fill the basin with warm water and the desired foot soak, here I used the foot bath gel that is so relaxing in the feet. I felt the softness of gel as I soaked it for 20 mins.
- Add extra ingredients
After 20 minutes of indulging the feeling of gel, I put the 2nd powder which is salt. Soaked it for 3 mins and voila the gel turns to watery.
- Scrub
Wipe the feet and starts to scrub, you can use any milk salt scrub and buffer to easily get the callus. Here I used a foot scrub and buffer.
- Massage time 🙂
To pamper more your feet, you can do/ask for a massage. On the video, you can see that Janice is massaging my feet and legs. It’s so relaxing if you use a foot lotion with essential oil like we did in the demo.
- Pedicure (optional)
Once your feet are very relaxed and clean, it’s the good time to take care of your nails and you can have pedicure (at home or in the salon).
